Poem

Cheerful Beginnings

The wind does blow, and the sun is shining
reflection from the pond is quite blinding

Flowers blooming, bees buzzing thru the air
The beauty of Springtime you cant compare

Sounds of songbirds singing their tunes
Whispering percussion of hot air balloons

Cows and horses grazing, in pastures so green
sunshiney days after groundhogs shadow was seen.

Homeowners discovering their overgrown yards
grannies on verandas sippin lemon aid, playing cards

Fragrant scents of the new season's arrival
Curious baby animals being taught about survival.

Calmness surrounds as the sun goes to bed
The man in the moon looks down now instead

In the dark sky, the stars shine so bright
Let me share with you, this Spring time Night...
