Poem

Mirror Reflection

You were always mine
I knew what you can't believe
I watched you sleep
And scream and weep in your dreams

I heard you whimper
And I've seen that pain you know
In the eyes of a non-existing god
Who thinks he knew everything

But you are so blind today
You can't see anything anymore
Like how you draw me in sometimes
So I can stand at your window

And look in to the ravaged soul
That could be you
Or it could be me
Looking at myself.
