Susan K. Rowse
Poem

If Time...
a minute poem

If time was just a sparkle
Fleeting without wings
We'd try to hold it dearer
Amid memories and things.

It's light forever shining
Then waken us from sleeping
Amid a miriade of moments
When sometimes it is fleeting

If we stop to notice all the things
That pass by us so fast
We'd appreciate our time the more
And languish in its pass.
