Poem

If I Had Wings...

If I had wings,I would fly away soon
Fly up in the sky, just like a hot air balloon

If I had wings, I would fly to far away places
Swooping down to see all my dear friends faces

If I had wings, I would fly to the moon
Dont worry friends, I would be back soon

If I had wings, I would do such great things
Watching to see what glad tidings Spring brings

If I had wings, I would bring rain to cure drought
To tell all my children, about what life's all about

If I had wings, I would bring food to feed the masses
I'd better make sure I wear some sun glasses

If I had wings, I would reach those who are so ill
Bringing medicine of laughter, which is better than a pill

If I had wings, I would find away to bring smiles
Cheering all of those unhappy people across the miles

If I had wings, I would do all the best that could be
Since I dont have wings, I'll just be happy being me!
